Why this kit, and why now.
What this kit gives you
A complete SaaS scaffold opinionated enough to ship Sunday and start charging Monday. TanStack Start, Cloudflare-native, with auth, Stripe billing, an agent shell, and a dashboard that does not look like every other "Vercel template" SaaS.
Why this exists
Every weekend MVP article ends with "now add auth and billing yourself". That is where weekends die. Auth is six hours. Stripe Embedded Checkout is three more. Wiring a dashboard that does not look like a Linear clone is the rest of Sunday.
This kit pre-decides every one of those questions. The result is a scaffold you spend 40 minutes configuring and the rest of the weekend on the actual product.
Who this is for
- You have a product idea and the discipline to stop polishing the foundation.
- You want to ship a paid SaaS this weekend, not a Hacker News post.
- You are okay with TanStack Start as your framework. If you need Next.js, the Editorial UI Pack covers the components without the scaffold.
What you get
claw-mvp.zip— TanStack Start project, pre-wired:- Better Auth magic-link sign-in
- Stripe Embedded Checkout + webhook handler
- An agent shell wired to Claude or GPT, switchable by env var
- A dashboard with three persona presets (founder, ops, agent)
- Cloudflare Workers + Vercel deploy configs side by side
deploy-runbook.md— first-deploy checklist, env-var matrix, common errors
